1. Nature of Services

Tech Web Solution offers digital and customized services, including but not limited to:

Website maintenance and support
Other web-related digital services

Since our services are digital and tailored to customer requirements, returns of services are not applicable.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

If the project has not yet been started after payment
If Tech Web Solution is unable to deliver the agreed service
If a duplicate or excess payment is made by mistake

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

Once the project has been started or partially completed
If the client changes their mind after project approval
Delays caused due to lack of communication, content, or feedback from the client
Dissatisfaction based on personal preference after final delivery
Domain registration, hosting, third-party tools, plugins, or licenses purchased on behalf of the client

4. Revisions & Support

We offer revisions as per the package or agreement discussed before project initiation. Any additional changes or features beyond the agreed scope may be charged separately.

5. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
Amount will be refunded using the original payment method
Transaction fees (if any) are non-refundable

6. Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation before project work begins
Once work has started, cancellation requests will not be eligible for refunds
